Stunning villa in Torrenueva, a popular area, with beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains.

The garden has a 4m x 8m private swimming pool surrounded with grass and a trampoline, which has been sunk to ground level, and is 4m x 3m.
There is private parking for three cars and ample street parking outside the house.
This area, known as Mijas Costa, covers a long stretch of coastline and is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tradition and culture of the Mijas village, without leaving the beach and the sea.
It is a great location to enjoy the sun and the sea or practicing some of the numerous sports it offers, like jet skiing, water-skiing or paragliding. Along the Mijas beaches there’s a line of typical beach bars built on the sand, locally known as ‘chiringuitos’, where they offer a wide variety of traditional dishes.
For those golf enthusiasts, without a doubt it’s a more than recommendable destination, as Mijas has some of the most well-known golf courses.
This area has everything you are going to need, including supermarkets, its own weekly market, sports pitches, a lovely beach, great road access to either end of the Costa del Sol, plenty of bars and restaurants and all manner of bars and clubs.
