The accommodation includes a southwest facing living /dining room with sea views and door to a west-facing patio with views over gardens. A fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate twin or double bedded room with shower room en suite. (This can now be locked off to then create a superior 1 bedroom apartment).
The Main Apartment (3 bedroom)
This apartment is accessed through the main entrance into a spacious entrance hall with stained glass arched windows, a formal dining area, living room with a central fireplace and doors to a covered terrace, a countrystyle kitchen, a study/bedroom 3 with its own entrance, bedroom 2 with an ensuite bathroom and stairs to the Master bedroom suite again with arched windows and an ensuite shower room and doors to a large private sunny terrace.
Downstairs there is a connecting door to a bedroom and bathroom which can either be bedroom 4 of the main apartment or can be bedroom 2 of the Palm terrace apartment.
